I've placed my order. What do I need to do next?
Thank you. We appreciate your order! Please specify if you'd like your pet's name included on the embroidery or artwork. Please Note: When selecting apparel color, please keep in mind the color of your design. A mostly white design will not look good on an all white sweatshirt.
What if I'd like more than one photo on my shirt?
When placing your order, please select the second design you'd like on your shirt under the drop down box under optional add-ons. If you so desire you can also add paw prints to the sleeve. Two Paw prints are approx 3" high and are located on the shoulder area of shirts.
How long will it take to turn my pet photo into an embroidered design?
In order to give you the best embroidered look possible of your pet, please allow at least a 2 - 3 weeks turn around for customization. The total process may not take this long. However, each project is done on an individual bases and may take more or less time due to the complexity of the design. In addition, we do not have a full stock of inventory in house.
